PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize lottery processing for unspecified number of customers by using an existing system, without having to make large scale capital investment. SOLUTION: In an information receiver receiving information, requested to be obtained by customers from an information delivery apparatus via communication line, and also being connected to an open server to release information via a communication line, there are provided a lottery registration processor 38 for registering a lottery information provided by a lottery organizer, a lottery information transmitter 39 for transmitting the registered lottery information to an information delivery apparatus, having a lottery function and to the open server and a communication processor 40. With inputting of the lottery information into the receiver 40 by the lottery organizer, the lottery information is registered through the registration processor 38, so as to be transmitted to the delivery apparatus through the information transmitting means. Therefore, the delivery apparatus, having the lottery function, can carry out the lottery processing on the basis of the transmitted lottery information. |
