PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file control system capable of preventing the processing capabilities of a printing device from being deteriorated even at the time of simultaneously treating plurality of print data by shortening an access time at the time of reading and writing print data in a storage device and the printing device. SOLUTION: File specific information including the location information of a data file to be used for the control of a data file is stored in a storage medium, and the corresponding file intrinsic information is read at the time of reading an arbitrary data file so that the data file can be read based on the file intrinsic information in this file system. In the system, the spool control information to be used for the control of the spool processing of the print data file is stored so as to be included in the file intrinsic information. |
