SOLUTION: At the request of proceeding for verification and approval and the like, the contact person who processes for verification and approval and the like and another person who has authority for proceeding these processings, as an acting person in charge based on processing authority limits of a work flow table 1 in response to these processings, authority limits available for acting and personal information from a personal information table 2. An operation schedule table 3 is searched to confirm the presence of the person in charge or a person who can act for himself. In the case of presence of those persons, the documents to be processed are transferred for processing. When the persons in charge are not present, the documents are returned later than day after tomorrow, or the processing is terminated. |
