PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator assembling device capable of restraining labor when laminating plural insulators for constituting a connector by laminating the plural insulators. SOLUTION: This insulator assembling device 1 is provided with a holding jig 2, an FP detecting jig 3, a pressurizing unit 6 and a control device 7. The holding jig 2 juxtaposes plural pressure contact housings 40 as the insulators. The holding jig 2 holds the pressure contact housings 40 so as to be capable of mutually freely contacting and separating. The FP detecting jig 3 confirms whether or not the pressure contact housing 40 are held on the basis of laminating order when assembling the connector. The pressurizing unit 6 presses the pressure contact housings 40 in the mutually approaching direction. The control device 7 controls the whole insulator assembling device 1, and judges the quality of the assembled connector.
