PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage source circuit capable of obtaining a highly precise reference voltage at a high power source fluctuation removal rate even when the voltage fluctuation of a power source Vcc is large. SOLUTION: This reference voltage source circuit is provided with a reference power source circuit (50) to be operated when a power source (Vcc) is supplied for outputting a prescribed power source reference voltage (Vref) corresponding to a supplied reference voltage (Vz) and a Zener voltage circuit (40) to be operated when the power source reference voltage (Vref) is supplied as a power source from the reference power source circuit (50) for generating and outputting the prescribed reference voltage (Vz), and for supplying it to the reference power source circuit (50). Thus, a highly precise reference voltage can be obtained at a high power source fluctuation removal rate against the voltage fluctuation of the power source (Vcc).
