PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device where pressuring force given by a service man is easily adjusted. SOLUTION: In the device, a spring member 32 for generating pressurizing force, a first adjusting member 35 applying the pressurizing force to a holding member 34 holding a pressurizing roll and a second adjusting member 31 where spring force of the spring member 32 is applied are screw connected, the pressurizing force in an initial setting for the holding member 34 can be adjusted by moving the first adjusting member 35 together with the second adjusting member 31 in the axial direction and the pressurizing force set at the initial stage is adjusted by adjusting the position in the axial direction of the second adjusting member 31 with respect to the first adjusting member 35.
