PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and stably heat a heating belt by electromagnetic induction without causing failure due to the leakage of magnetic flux from the heating belt in a heating and pressuring device where the heating belt is heated at a position on a front side from a nip part, an unfixed image is sufficiently and stably heated at least at the nip part by the heating belt, and the heating belt is heated by the electromagnetic induction at the position on the front side from the nip part (or the position of the nip part). SOLUTION: A pressuring body 25 is arranged to satisfy positional relation that the heating belt 21 reaching the nip part N comes into contact with the pressuring body 25 and then comes into contact with a supporting body 22. A magnetic flux collecting member 40 having non-electromagnetic induction heating property is disposed at a position on a side opposed to an exciting coil 27 while putting the belt 21 from which the magnetic flux is leaked in between. Furthermore, at least one part of the supporting body or the pressuring body is constituted of the magnetic flux collecting member.
