PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impulse response measuring method which enables correct results of measurement, without introducing noise in synchronism with an operation clock of an impulse measuring apparatus in a method for measuring an impulse response as obtained, when an impulse is transmitted to an object to be measured from the apparatus. SOLUTION: If the cycle of a noise infiltrated into an impulse response measuring apparatus is represented by m, impulse responses obtained when a trigger signal delayed by a (m-1) clock from 0 is inputted into a transmitter are given respectively by data [0] [i] to data [m-1] [i], and the results 'kekka' of measurement are obtained by a processing, based on the expression 1 kekka[i]= data[0][i]+ data[1][i-1]+...+ data[m-1][i-(m-1)]...(1) where i=0 to n.
