PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device for ion quantity which can measure correctly the ion concentration in a gas to be measured containing some kinds of ions of different mobility without being affected by a surrounding noise or humidity and also can measure only the ion concentration of an ion having targeted polarity correctly excluding an ion having unwanted polarity. SOLUTION: This measuring device for ion quantity is provided with an ion converting electrode which removes the charge from ions existing in a gas, a supplying means for the gas to be measured which supplys a gas containing ions to the ion converting electrode, an electricity quantity processing part which process the quantity of electricity generated in the ion converting electrode, an electricity quantity measuring part which measures the quantity of the processed electricity, and an ion guiding means which returns the ions unable to be converted in the ion converting electrode back to the ion converting electrode.
