PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orifice tube type refrigerating system capable of securing the performance of a condenser sufficiently even in the case of the sudden increase of liquid refrigerant due to the fluctuation in heat load and the like and contriving the improvement in the refrigerating performance. SOLUTION: This invention relates to an orifice tube type refrigerating system in which refrigerant passes through a compressor 1, a condenser 2, an orifice tube 20 and an accumulator 21 to return to the compressor 1. A buffer tank 30 for temporarily storing liquid refrigerant is arranged on the refrigerant channel between the condenser 2 and the orifice tube 20.
