PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise from a drainage pump installed on an indoor unit of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This drainage pump 1 comprises a impeller member 100 stored in a pump body 10, and the impeller member 100 is driven by a motor 50. When the pump is operated, the drain water D1 in a drain pan 60 enters a pump chamber 16 from a suction port 12, and is drained from a delivery port 14 through a hose 70. When a pump lift H1 varies, the shape of the air-liquid boundary surface formed around the impeller member 100 inside the pump chamber also varies. By improving the shape of the impeller member 100, a noise reduction in all lifts can be achieved.
