PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the insulation degradation of a commercial cable run inside a house and the battery service life of a power source for emergency from the outside of the house without entering the house. SOLUTION: The emergency power source of equipment for which DC is a power source is provided inside the house and the emergency power source incorporates a battery and is provided with a battery service life detection means.
