PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manhours for restarting a distributed object and continuing processing from a stopped state in the case of stopping and restarting a system constituted by using distributed objects. SOLUTION: When the system is stopped, a memory state storage part 1e stores the memory state 1f of the stopped system, and at the time of restarting the system, a memory state inspection part 1a inspects the memory state 1f and extracts the server function information of a distributed object allowed to continue processing, a generation instruction part 1b instructs a generation part 1c in a distributed object request broker(ORB) 4 to generate the server function of a distributed object having the same state as the stopped state, and the generation part 1c extracts the identifier(ID) of the server function of the distributed object and generates the server function of the distributed object having the same state as the stopped state by using the ID. When a host 1 is restarted, the distributed object is restarted and can easily continue processing from the stopped state.
