PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor and a storage medium capable of easily inputting an operational expression and displaying the contents of operation so as to easily understand them. SOLUTION: In the data processor for executing arithmetic processing based on an inputted operational expression and displaying the operational expression or its operation result, an operational expression for leading out an operation result is stored in an ANS memory 6a in each execution of the arithmetic processing and the operational expression corresponding to operation results obtained up to the preceding processing is read out from the memory 6a by depressing an ANS key 3b and inserted into a present operational expression. A CPU 2 adds parenthesis symbols to the inserted operational expression and displays the operational expression on a display part 4.
