PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain exhaust of HC while surely supplying a required fuel quantity in respective cycles when starting an engine. SOLUTION: This fuel injection control device sets a fuel injection quantity of a first time cycle much in the required fuel quantity and a fuel injection quantity on and after a second cycle influenced by a wall flow of first time injection fuel by respectively different methods, and restrains the exhaust of the HC by supplying sufficient fuel for combustion in the first time cycle and injecting and supplying the fuel of a quantity optimal for the respective cycles without excessively supplying the fuel on and after the second cycle.
