PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying member cleaning device whose occupation space is made smaller and whose cost is made lower. SOLUTION: A destaticizing cleaning device 100 is constituted of a fur brush 101 having a destaticizing function and a cleaner blade 102 which clean the transfer material placing surface of a carrying belt 20, and a 1st container 103 in which removed toner is stored. A screw type waste toner carrying device 200 is provided in the container 103, and waste toner in the container 103 is carried and accumulated in a 2nd container 201 by the device 200. The containers 103 and 201 can be individually and independently attached to/ detached from a device main body.
