PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a urethane/acrylic resin composed film which excels in water resistance and in properties such as mechanical strength and elongation and is easy to control these properties. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a composed film comprises adding a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer which gives a polymeric product having a glass transition temperature of >=300 K to an aqueous dispersion of a urethane/acrylic polymer composed of a polyol component, a polyisocyanate component, and an acrylic component in an amount of the monomer of 30-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. urethane/acrylic polymer, conducting polymerization treatment to prepare an aqueous dispersion containing the above urethane/acrylic polymer and the above polymeric product having a glass transition temperature of >=300 K, and conducting film-forming of this aqueous dispersion to obtain a composite film constituted of a continuous phase of the above urethane/acrylic polymer and a continuous phase of the polymeric product of the above radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer having a glass transition temperature of >=300 K.
