PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and uniformly exhaust a gas and prevent a gas exhaust capacity from being lowered or sticking oil from being dropped due to clogging of a filter. SOLUTION: The lower end of an expansion cylinder is connected to the base part of a hood for collecting smoke generated on a table. An oil pan is detachably attached to the lower part of a gas exhaust port inside the base part of the hood. In the connecting part of the expansion cylinder and an exhaust gas duct, an expansion drive mechanism for expanding the expansion cylinder and a motor fan for sucking the gas to the expansion cylinder and supplying it to the exhaust gas duct are proviced. |
