PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that requires complicated operations by a user in the case that the user selects a desirably viewed program from a conventional electronic program guide EPG and views the selected program because number of programs able to be displayed on one TV screen is limited and number of viewable programs or the like is huge resulting from digital broadcasts. SOLUTION: A remote commander is provided with a view button, a video recording button, and a recognition button. When a user selects the view button, the TV screen displays a window by which all view available program information at present can be viewed on one screen, when the video recording button is selected, the TV screen displays a window by which all program information able to be recorded/video-recording reserved at present can be viewed on one screen, and when the video recognition button is selected, the TV screen displays a window by which all program information of all data broadcast programs able to be viewed at present can be viewed on one screen. The user can attain simple operations on a window on purpose and the user can select a program not from the EPG but from a program bar of each window so that the user can select the program on the window on one TV screen.
