PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle even alterations, mistakes, etc., in contract contents which are unexpected immediately prior to a contract and to perform paperwork processing regarding an insurance contract more efficiently. SOLUTION: Customer data, regarding insurance contract which are transmitted by a transmission means such as telephone, are inputted to and stored on a call center computer 12, and an insurance is computed, as necessary, to generate an application form, whose data are sent to a portable terminal device 10, that an insurance salesperson who contracts the customer carries via a public wireless line; and the portable terminal device 10 prints the application form, a seal impression is received from the customer, and a payment card is read by the portable terminal device 10 to input insurance data. The read data and insurance data are sent to a card service computer 14 to complete payment. |
