PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost of an exhaust gas manifold, and to improve a layout property around an engine, by reducing a parts count for an exhaust gas recirculation passage. SOLUTION: A cylinder head 1 is provided with a first EGR passage 11 connecting a wall surface 2 in a cylinder head exhausting side and a wall surface 3 in an EGR valve installing side. A second EGR passage 13 is formed, which couples the first EGR passage 11 and an exhaust port 12D in a rearmost end side in a longitudinal direction of the cylinder head. The second EGR passage 13 is formed in a groove shape having an opening at one side, and an opening part of the groove is blocked by a flange portion 5a of the exhaust manifold 5, thereby forming a passage in which exhaust gas flows.
