PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication terminal equipment with transfer function, capable of simply/easily performing operation for transfer. SOLUTION: When a calling signal is incoming and a one-action button is depressed during speaking (ST1-ST4), the number for the transfer after response is sent out, and a message 'transfer after the response is set to number XXX' is displayed (ST5 and ST6). When the one-action button is pressed while a line is opened, it is decided whether an exchange is 'automatic transfer' status 'ON' at present (ST1, ST8 and ST9). In the case of 'not status ON', the line is closed, and an automatic transfer start instruction number is dialed (ST10). In the case of 'status ON', the line is closed, and an automatic transfer end instruction number is dialed (ST13).
