APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR OPENING BLAST TUYERE OF BLAST FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for opening a tuyere to safely, quickly and completely remove a closing material in the case of performing the tuyere opening during operation. SOLUTION: This blast tuyere-opening method comprises forming a guide hole in at least a part of the closing material filled in the tuyere to block blasting, and then grinding and cleaning the closing material by blowing a grinding clealner to the guide hole by means of a shot blasting method to easily open the tuyere in a short time during operation.
