PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC memory card which can be constituted by mounting plural kinds of LSI memories on a single printed circuit board. SOLUTION: A mounting area formed on a printed circuit board 3 built in pieces of surrounding equipment 1 and 2 for mounting LSI memories 11-13 is provided with at least a first mounting part 17a in which the required number of connection pads 18 to which each pin of the first LSI memory 11 is connected are arranged in opposite two rows, a second mounting part 17b in which the required number of connecting pads 19 to which each pin of the second LSI memory 12 is connected are arranged in opposite two rows outside the first mounting part 17a in its overlapped state with the first mounting area 17a, and a pattern wiring 20 for electrically connecting the connection pads 18 and 19 in the first and second mounting parts 17a and 17b to which the same kind of pins of the respective LSI memories 11 and 12 are connected. |
