PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a crystal vibrator containing a component diffused and mixed in an electrode film enough to block solder from diffusing, and a crystal device using a crystal vibrator having such characteristics. SOLUTION: A crystal vibrator 11 comprises a drive electrode 19 for applying a drive voltage, and connecting electrodes 13, 14 connected through leading electrodes 14a to the drive electrode on the surface of a crystal 21. A feed electrode 17a is bonded to the connecting electrodes for applying the drive voltage from the outside, and the crystal is formed from a crystal block. An electrode film 25 is composed of a Cr base layer 22, an intermediate layer 23 made of a mixture of copper with a conductive metal on the base layer, an upper layer 24 made of the conductive metal on the intermediate layer on the surface of the crystal piece. The connecting electrodes of the electrode film are butted to the feed electrode, soldered and heat treated. |
