PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing paper forming apparatus which readily and rapidly forms printing papers. SOLUTION: The printing paper forming apparatus 10 has (a) an exposure device 46, which forms a latent image within a latent image forming member on an original plate having the latent image forming member, including a material (for example, photoisomerized material) which is change reversibly in wettability with respect of water, by irradiation with light by irradiating the latent image forming member with light 44 according to improving information, (b) a resin-supplying device 48 which supplies a hydrophilic resin to the surface corresponding to the latent image portions on the latent image forming member and (c) a curing device 50, which causes the hydrophilic resin to care through heating. |
