PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit in which isolation is secured between a transmission line and crossing lines and the leakage of signals transmitted through the crossing lines to grounding conductors is suppressed. SOLUTION: This high-frequency circuit has a conductor line 102 and grounding conductors 103a and 103b on both sides of the line 102. At least one third line 104a-104d which cross the line 102 and connect the conductors 103a and 103b to each other, at least one first line 105 which crosses the line 102, and base conductors 106a and 106b which are connected to one end of the first line 105 and separated from the grounding conductors 103a and 103b by dielectric films are provide.
