PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information receiver that can enhance the convenience of a user. SOLUTION: A CPU 17 generates an HTML file denoting a reception item of a user instruction or the like by taking external information such as electronic program guide data multiplexed in a transport stream and transmitted and internal information such as information for sound volume adjustment into account. The CPU 17 uses a 2-way communication section 15 to transmit the HTML file in response to a request from an operation terminal 2. Furthermore, the CPU 17 receives a notice of a user instruction based on the HTML file from the operation terminal 2 to revise the operation with respect to the program reception in response to the user instruction. |
