PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the recipient of an E-mail to suitably select mail, and to enable the transmitter to make the recipient surely selectively read an advertisement or the like out of a large number of mail. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means 2 for storing a threshold set to value-added, which becomes valid for the recipient at the time the mail is read by the recipient, and a means 3 for reporting the arrival of E-mail to the recipient, when the value-added which is attached to the E-mail sent from the side of transmitter is equal to or higher than the threshold stored in the means 2 and the E-mail attached with added value equal to or higher than the threshold is selected to be read by the recipient. |
