PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black radiation sensitive resin composition, which gives a pattern having a forward tapered section and suitable for use as a black cured film for an organic EL element or a black matrix for a liquid crystal display element and imparts necessary resistance against solvent, and to provide an element using the composition. SOLUTION: The radiation sensitive resin composition contains [A] a copolymer, obtained by copolymerizing an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or an unsaturated carboxylic anhydride (a1), an epoxy compund (a2) having an olefinically unsaturated bond and an olefinically unsaturated compound (a3) other than the compounds (a1) and (a2), [B] a 1,2-quinonediazido compound and [C] a black colorant. A liquid crystal display element and an organic EL element, each using the composition, are provided. |
