PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance device efficiently and effectively maintaining the terminals connected to a network. SOLUTION: This remote maintenance device is provided with an acquisition means acquiring the constitutive information sent from terminals, a storage means storing the acquired constitutive information of the terminals correspondingly to generation information, a means for inputting the constitutive information of the terminal on which a failure occurs by using the constitutive information stored in the storage means, a means for extracting the differential information between the inputted constitutive information and the constitutive information in the generation before that for the constitutive information stored in the storage means, a means for generating a list of correspondence between resources and distribution terminals by specifying the distribution terminals of the resources based on the resources to be distributed to the terminals and the constitutive information stored in the storage means, and a means for distributing the resources described in the correspondence list to the terminals described in the generated correspondence list.
