<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at a promotion of efficiency of recovery/regeneration process and an improvement of the quality of re-utilized material when constituting materials of disused fluorescent lamps are recovered and regenerated and re-utilized, and especially enhance the recovery efficiency of fluorescent materials, and further suppress the deterioration of characteristics of regenerated fluorescent materials. SOLUTION: After disused fluorescent lamps which are recovered are fractionated according to kinds and species, fluorescent materials and glass materials are separated and recovered by peeling off fluorescent films from inner surfaces of glass bulbs. Recovered fluorescent materials and glass materials are regenerated and re-utilized. At this time, in a process of regenerating recovered fluorescent materials, the recovered fluorescent materials are removed of mercury contained in the recovered fluorescent materials, for example, by firing fluorescent materials in a vacuum or in an inert atmosphere. Further, a removal treatment of mercury is carried out also as for the recovered glass materials.</p> |
