PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the operation conditions of plural parking lots such as a monthly or hourly parking lot, to update the version of the software of a control board and to easily obtain a vehicle full condition. SOLUTION: This system for automatically managing the parking lots 1 by connecting the plural parking lots 1 and an office 2 for centralizedly managing the parking lots 1 by the Internet is provided with a stage for outputting the change of the various kinds of the conditions generated in the respective parking lots 1 to the office 2 and the stage that the office 2 minutely stores the condition change generated in the respective parking lots 1.
