SOLUTION: This article controlling method comprises a step (S102) for, when an inquiry button set at a portable telephone attached to an article is depressed, transmitting a portable telephone number and inquiry data to a host computer (S100; YES), a step (S104) for receiving response data from the host computer, a step (S106) for displaying data indicating the next process in the received response data and data indicating the process condition of the next process, and a step (S118) for transmitting data indicating the process condition of the next process to a producing facility in the next process.</p> |
