PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent the curl of a composite floor, impart a high value-added to the composite floor become, and eliminate an incitement to the generation of the creaking sound of the floor by bonding the composite floor to a cardboard-layered plate together, and form a composite body. SOLUTION: Constitutional physical factors cause the composite floor to be curled in a recessed manner and cause the cardboard-layered plate to be curled in a protruding manner. Giving attention toward such depression and protrusion characteristics opposite to each other the composite floor is bonded to the cardboard-layered plate together.
