PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide building groundsill structure capable of improving earthquake resistance. SOLUTION: Since a plurality of groundsill supporting instruments 7 are spacedly fixed on top of foundation 11 with a specified interval, and a groundsill 15 is placed on the ground sill supporting instrument 7, and an abutting plate 2 abutting on the groundsill supporting instrument 7 is fixed to the lower face corresponding to the groundsill supporting instrument 7 of the groundsill 15, and the foundation 11 and the groundsill 15 are connected to each other by elastic adhesive agent 17 around the groundsill supporting instrument 7, even if vibration is applied to the foundation due to earthquakes, sliding is caused between the groundsill supporting instrument 7 fixed to the foundation 11 and the abutting plate 2 fixed to the groundsill 15, as a result, the vibration of the foundation 11 does not transferred to the groundsill 15 directly.
