PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover having the heat resistance and strength required for the cover of a toilet stool washing device, having metallic feeling, external appearance, and good workability, and capable of being manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: Heat-resistant coating or plating is applied to the surface of the cover, a resin and a metal having good thermal conductivity are directly blended with a cover main material, and the mixture is molded by a direct injection molding method.
