PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect underfloor piping and drain piping with a structurally simple joint with a trap function of having a self-cleaning action and not requiring purposely cleaning. SOLUTION: An upper connecting pipe section 11b faced to the drain piping 200 in a cabinet by utilizing the rotary function of the connecting joint A around the junction with the underfloor piping 100 and the mutual rotary function of a trap connecting piping 11 and a trap constituting pipe 21, and both pipings 100 and 200 are connected together regardless of the dislocation S between the underfloor piping 100 and the drain piping 200.
