PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of lowering of the anti-slip function of a tire caused by the absence of an elastic projection in an intersecting part of drain grooves in an antiskid rubber mat having drain grooves and elastic projections on the surface and breaking a frozen layer according to the elastic deformation of the elastic projections. SOLUTION: The surface of the antiskid rubber mat 10 is provided with continuous drain grooves 12, 14, 16A and 16B, a number of trivet-like parts 18 divided by the grooves, and a number of elastic projections 34 projected upward from the top faces of the trivet-like parts 18. The respective elastic projections 34 are elastically deformed to break the frozen layer, thereby preventing slip of the tire. In the mat, auxiliary elastic projections 38 are provided in the form of rising from the groove bottom in the intersecting parts of the drain grooves 12, 14, 16A and 16B.
