PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram color filter in which at least whether the filter has a factor causing alignment failure or not can be independently evaluated for the failure in color reproducibility of a spatial light modulation device. SOLUTION: The hologram color filter used for a spatial light modulation device has a hologram lens region for evaluation in the peripheral part of a hologram lens region for imaging with the center axis of the hologram lens for evaluation shifted from the center axis of the lens in the hologram lens region for imaging. Thus, the factor due to alignment failure can be independently evaluated. |
