PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce forming due to falling of merchandise and to prevent merchandise housed in a merchandise housing rack from being pulled out. SOLUTION: A flapper 9 is constituted so that it is energized by an energizing means to be entered inside of the merchandise rack 4. With the weight of the merchandise ejected by a merchandise ejecting means 7, the flapper 9 is rotated against the energizing force of the means 11 and makes the merchandise fall onto a chute 5.
