PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber composition for extrusion molding which has a high curing rate and can give no or less inclusion of air bubbles after curing, to the molded article and a method of manufacturing a silicone rubber extrusion molded article. SOLUTION: The silicone rubber composition for extrusion molding comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane raw rubber, (B) a reinforcing silica, (C) a diatomaceous powder or a quartz powder, and (D) an organic peroxide represented by the formula: R-COOOCOO-R1-OOCOOOC-R wherein R is a group to be selected from an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an -SiR23 group (wherein R2 is an alkyl group or an alkoxy group), a group represented by -CH2SiR23 (wherein R2 is the same as defined above), and a -Ph-R3c group [wherein Ph is a phenylene group; R3 is an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an SiR23 group (wherein R2 is the same as defined above) or a -CH2SiR23 group (wherein R2 is the same as defined above); and c is 0-3]; and R1 is a 1-10C alkylene group}, and the method of manufacturing a silicone rubber extrusion molded article comprises subjecting the above composition to hot-air curing.
