PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency by preventing short circuit of a commutator with a brush even when the magnetic pole of armature makes free running. SOLUTION: An armature 4 including three magnetic poles 4a, 4b, 4c to which coils 3a, 3b, 3c are wound is fixed on a shaft 2. A permanent magnet 5 having the pole S and pole N is provided in opposition on the non-contact basis at the external side of the armature 4. The commutator 7 is located in the circumferential direction in the structure divided into the six sections on a cylindrical portion 6 provided at the position different from the fixed position of the armature 4 on the shaft 2. A pair of brushes 8a, 8b are provided opposed with each other to be slidable in contact with the commutator 7. Each winding of coils 3a, 3b, 3c is connected respectively with the commutator 7 opposed in the diameter direction with a certain shift of phase.
