PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator for business use capable of rapidly evaporating defrosted water to discharge the same therefrom without increase in power consumption. SOLUTION: An evaporating dish 13 is arranged at a place lower than an evaporator 6 and exposed to cooling wind warmed by the heat of a compressor 4 of a refrigerating unit 2 as the wind cools the compressor 4. The defrosted water discharged from the evaporator 6 of the refrigerating unit 2 flows down by gravity to be stored in the evaporating dish 13, in which it is evaporated by heating.
