<p>The invention concerns compounds of formula (I) wherein: R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a benzyl group, a benzoyl group, a CO(C1-C4)Alk group, a -CH2OCH3 group, a COO(C1-C4)Alk group or a benzyloxycarbonyl group; or R1 and R2 together form a carbonyl, methylene of di(C1-C4)Alkmethylene group to constitute a heterocyclic structure with the oxygen and nitrogen atoms bearing them; R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C4)Alk group; R4 represents a hydroxy group, a (C1-C4) alkoxy group, or a NR5R6 group; R5 and R6 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C4)Alk group, an aryl or heteroaryl group, optionally substituted by a R7 group; or R5 and R6, with the nitrogen atom bearing them, form a cycle of 5 to 7 atoms, saturated or unsaturated; R7 represents a hydrogen or halogen atom, a hydroxy group, a (C1-C4)Alk group, a (C1-C4)alkoxy, -COOH, -COO(C1-C4)Alk, -CN, -NH(C1-C4)Alk2 group; X represents O or CH2; and their salts or solvates, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, a method for preparing them, and synthesis intermediates.</p> |
