A pair of conductive disks (1,2) have slit structure for accommodating reactive load elements. A coaxial waveguide has internal conductor (5.1) inserted into aperture of conductive disk (2), such that the internal conductor makes an angle of 90/!20 deg with the axes of slit structure and 90/!5 deg with the axis of aperture.
