A system for acquiring advertisement information posted on a signboard, broadcast advertisement information in a broadcast program, and advertisement information indicated on a printed medium into a portable browsing terminal and making an order as necessary. A signboard or broadcast receiver is connected to a portable browsing terminal through a short-distance communication means to enable the user to acquire information and to access an EC site so as to make an order. Alternatively, an image capturing means enables a portable browsing terminal to acquire information stored in the form of a two-dimensional code and to access an EC site so as to make an order.
