PURPOSE: A virus producing method through cell culturing is provided to producing virus suitable for production of seed lot and vaccine in high yield with little cell protein mixed. CONSTITUTION: Cell culture which is permissible for virus and suitable as vaccine production medium is prepared. Cell seed is suspended with low density on a suitable medium. Cell culturing is performed at 30-40 degrees centigrade. The medium is removed and the cell culture is vaccinated to seed virus. The cell culture is cultured at 25-40 degrees centigrade. After removing medium and washing the cell, new medium is provided. This cell culture is cultured at 25-40 degrees centigrade. The culture supernatant containing virus is collected with or without adding stabilizer. The virus is stored below -45 degrees centigrade.
