<p>Bottle tray (1) having a number of cavities (7,35) on the top side thereof for placing therein with slight play bottles (9), and having on the underside thereof opposite each cavity a depression comprising a flange space (5) and a cap space (6) above, which has a smaller diameter than a minimum diameter of the flange space, and which is suitable for accommodating therein with slight play a cap (10) of a bottle (9). An upper wall (14) of the flange space is suitable for resting on a flange (11) of the bottle, below the cap. The flange space has on the underside along the periphery recesses (20) whose side walls (21) are staggered radially outwards over a distance that is equal to or greater than the thickness of a tear-off sealing strip (17) formed on the bottom end of the cap. The recesses have bevelled cap-centring struts (26).</p> |
