The invention relates to devices for repairing and building a railway track. The inventive panel truck comprises a frame, railway trucks, upper and lower lifting mechanisms for lifting and laying a railway section and a point work, two rods fixed to the frame with the aid of articulations and two actuators. Said panel truck also comprises a bracket-swing crane and a retractable carrier fitted with a push bar for moving out a third-rail conductor from a surface of the railway section. The invention is also directed at cutting down the cost of repair works.
